Starting October 26th, the Bad Beat will be disbursed as a $200 drawing each hour (assuming there is a game going) until that amount has been paid out. Tournaments have been relatively successful, that they along won't support the room. That decision was made based on the fact that the cannot afford the lease on the Poker Pro tables along with staff costs, when they are lucky to get one cash game going on any particular day. While there is a suit pending in Federal Court, my opinion is that said suit has nothing to do with the decision to close. Sign just inside the floor station announced Thursday that the Poker Room at Ho-Chunk Casino in Madison Wisconsin will be closing the poker room on November 15th.
